Gene report
Energy reserves, mood, and motivation can be low after many years of chronic health problems. But that little persistent spark of hope for some guidance in the right direction drives us to search onward.
I recall countless mornings waking like I hadn’t slept a wink, foggy, tired, and barely able to pull myself together to get dressed for work. Looking forward to only one thing: sinking into the sofa.
Despite the waxing and waning, inch by inch, I started to improve. And different people helped in different ways.
Each person comes to the process of healing with different energy reserves. Indicators of energy levels include signs, symptoms, and your perception of how well you are coping. The more depleted the more time it will take.
This is your healing process, I help you create the right scaffolding at the rate that you can manage.
The process is step-by-step, personalised, collaborative, and supportive.

What is your role?
You recognise you are instrumental to your own healing. You are willing to give it a go but need a few pointers in the right direction. You want to learn how your environment may be contributing to keeping you sick; and how diet and lifestyle are powerful tools for change.
Recommended timeline
If you have been unwell for more than 6 months, be patient and allow time for healing to occur. The longer the illness the slower the progress. Implementing a 6-month treatment plan will give you time to make diet and lifestyle changes. A full treatment plan has any number of moving parts and cannot be actualised in one session but needs to be broken down into bite-size pieces. Otherwise you might be at risk of becoming overwhelmed and losing all motivation! If you are ready to start the process of getting better, book your initial appointment and take it one step at a time.
